A morning-of activity that's actually wholesome before the night gets loud. Houston bachelorettes love pairing puppy yoga with a brunch-and-mimosas open and a wine bar finale. Less hungover than a winery trip; more photo-worthy than escape rooms.
Baby showers
The mom-to-be sits in her favorite spot, often with the gentlest puppy of the litter, and gets to be celebrated without the social demand of running a room. Pregnant guests participate at whatever level feels good. The "first photo with a baby" moment ends up being a puppy on her bump.

Half yoga, half mimosa bar, all photos. We've done sip-and-shower brunches in River Oaks living rooms, Heights backyards, Galleria penthouses, and Memorial garden patios. 90-minute window, 60-min yoga, 30-min charcuterie and cuddles.

Mother's Day weekends are some of our busiest. Multi-generation showers (mom + grandma + daughters), women's group brunches, mom-friend gatherings — puppy yoga lands beautifully when the goal is "let mom be the center of joy for one morning."

Bring the future groom and his groomsmen too. Couples showers and engagement parties run the same format, with a slightly more even gender mix. Bonus: dudes who claim they "don't do yoga" all end up loving the puppies and pretending they came for the puppies, not the yoga.

What shower formats work best with puppy yoga?
Bridal showers, bachelorette parties, baby showers, sip-and-shower brunches, and mother's day brunches are our most-requested shower formats. The puppy yoga itself takes 60–75 minutes — most clients pair it with brunch, mimosas, or a charcuterie spread before or after. The puppies make the photos unforgettable, which is the whole point of a shower.
Where can we host the shower?
Anywhere with enough flat floor for 10–25 yoga mats and a way to safely contain the puppies — a home (River Oaks, Memorial, Heights, Bellaire are common), a country club, a neighborhood clubhouse, a wine bar's private room, or a rented event venue. We've done showers in beautifully decorated homes and in unfinished basements; both work great.
How many guests can attend?
Our minimum is 8 guests; our shower sweet spot is 12–20. We can scale up to 30 with advance notice. For larger showers, we recommend either two back-to-back sessions (smart for big bridal showers with extended family) or a stagger format where the puppy time runs concurrent with mimosas in the next room.
Is it OK for pregnant guests of honor and pregnant attendees?
Yes — we work with the guest of honor's energy and comfort. Pregnant guests can do as much or as little of the yoga as feels right; many spend most of the time on a mat letting puppies come to them, which is honestly the best spot in the room. We bring extra props and modify poses on the fly. Our instructor is trained in prenatal modifications.

Will the puppies disrupt our shower photos and games?
Honestly, the puppies make the photos better — they're the show. We structure the experience so the yoga portion is one chapter and there's a buffer before/after for traditional shower programming (gifts, games, toasts). Our handlers can keep puppies contained during specific moments if you want a clean photo of the guest of honor opening gifts.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 4–6 weeks for showers, since most are scheduled around weddings or due dates and have less flexibility on the day. Spring and early fall are our busiest shower seasons in Houston; we book those out faster. Last-minute bookings are possible — just ask.
